Im 17 and a senior at Cabrini High School.
2. How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I’ve been doing crossfit for about 2 years.
3. Why do you CrossFit?
I do crossfit so I can stay healthy, prepare myself for softball season, and for my future in the health industry.
4. What is your favorite movement?
My favorite movement to do is double-unders becauseĀ once I get in my rhythm, I feel like I can’t beĀ stopped.
5. What is your least favorite movement?
My least favorite movement is anything involving putting a bar over my head. Im all legs no arms.
6. Do you follow a particular diet to fuel your training? Favorite foods?
I follow a paleo diet, I never eat any processed foods or any types of sweets. I love eating every type of fruit and vegetable especially apples and watermelon. If i could have one meal for the rest of life it would definitely be salmon and sweet potatoes! If I’m having that for dinner it will get me through the day.
7. Short-term goals?
My short-term goals are to perfect all the movements so I can began to Rx more and more wods.
8. Long-term goals?
My long-term goals are to become a certified instructor and to also become a well known passionate competitor in the crossfit world.
9. What is your biggest achievement at CFB?
My biggest achievement at CFB was building more muscle and becoming stronger. When i first started, i couldn’t do a pull up without a band to help, but now I am able to do butterfly pull ups and am on my way to doing a bar muscle up.
