I am 29 and working as a Controls Engineer at FCA.

  1. How long have you been doing CrossFit?

It’s been more than two and half years.

  1. Why do you CrossFit?

I enjoy the physical challenge and it makes me fitter and healthier for other sports I do.

  1. What is your favorite movement?

I can’t say I do them perfectly but cleans and pull-ups are my favorite.

  1. What is your least favorite movement?

Pistols, I guess I will never get one.

  1. Do you follow a particular diet to fuel your training? Favorite foods?

I do not follow a strict diet, but I am trying to stay away from sugar. I definitely reduced unhealthy food choices in my life, and a big step was I started eating chicken and eggs last year, which I hated my entire life. My favorites are bqq beef/burger, I could eat them every meal, everyday.

  1. What are your short-term goals?

I want to perfect my form on Olympic lifting. I feel stuck on the max weights I have now and am eager to exceed them with better form.

  1. What are your long-term goals?

I would like to be able to CrossFit and play soccer in good shape till 70 🙂 In the mean time trying to get more competitive on each CrossFit event I join.

  1. What is your biggest achievement at CFB?

I think that finishing most of the open wods in RX division is a big step for me. And 6 months later, I was able to double my scores for couple of those wods, I felt very happy.
