Judith – It makes me feel stronger, and that I can do almost everything

Gerardo – So I can feel healthier and improve my strength.

Judith – No, I just try to eat healthy. I love my mexican food, I miss it so much

Gerardo – Not really, I try to eat daily tuna fish. My favorite food is rib eye steak and I am a beer fan.

Judith – Bar muscle-ups

Judith – Get handstand walk and of course ring muscle-ups
